Cancellation Policy

If a guest cancels, they will only receive a full refund if they do so within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that time, and up to 7 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they will not receive a refund.

Similarly, for both the cancellation and the refund (if applicable) to be fully effective, it is mandatory to send an email to info@beachrentesmeralda.com with the information of the person who made the reservation, including their full name, phone number, and ID number. In the body of the message, write the reason for the cancellation. Without this email, no claims can be filed.
